Customer Service Representative with GermanIn collaboration, we are working on behalf of our client, who is seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Lisbon.Work model: On-site, hybrid remoteEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonusesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Addressing customer inquiries through various channels such as chat, email, and phone, encompassing queries related to products (sports, casino, poker) and cashier operations.Evaluating specific concerns and implementing necessary measures to fulfill customer requirements.Collaborating with teams across different locations with aligned goals.Reporting system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department.Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and commitment to high-quality service delivery.REQUIREMENTS:Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.German language C1 level, at least.English language skills to a business standard.Excellent written and verbal skills as well as a high level of interpersonal skills.Calm manner and ability to work under pressure while confidently answering a wide range of customer inquiries.Ability to perform well in a multi-tasking, cultural, and ever-changing dynamic environment.A flexible, creative, and driven personality.Interest in Sports, Casino, and Poker products would be a benefit; relevant training will be provided.Working schedule: shift rotation 24/7, 40 hours a week.OFFER:Health Insurance.Birthday Day: 1 Extra leave day per year.Referral Program.Home Office: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home on average per week.Other Benefits: access to LinkedIn Learning, Access to Employee Assistance Tool, fruit and coffee in the office, protocols with local partners, and many others
