Buscamos incorporar un/a Talent Acquisition Partner para el área de Atracción de Talento en nuestro departamento de Gestión de Personas.Por si no nos conoces, somos una compañía multinacional, líder en sistemas de alarma en Europa y creciendo en América Latina.Tenemos un historial de crecimiento continuo y seguiremos expandiéndonos, transformándonos y liderando el mercado hacia el futuro, con soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras y con foco en la experiencia de cliente y de empleado.Securitas Direct pertenecemos al grupo Verisure, presentes en 17 países, con 25.000 empleados a nivel global y más de 5 millones de clientes.Como Talent Acquisition Partner serás responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para fortalecer la marca empleadora de la organización, además de liderar y gestionar procesos de reclutamiento y selección. Este rol combina habilidades en marketing, comunicación y recursos humanos para atraer y retener talento altamente calificado, mejorando la imagen de la empresa como un empleador atractivo en el mercado.¿Y cómo lo hacemos?Identificar las necesidades de selección con el HRBP.Coordinar con los hiring managers para definir la necesidad.Utilizar los diferentes métodos de sourcing para localizar e identificar candidatos (activos y pasivos), que mejor se adecúen al perfil.Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de atracción de talento alineadas con la estrategia de marca empleadora.Participar en ferias de empleo, eventos y actividades de networking para promocionar la empresa como un excelente lugar para trabajar.Garantizar la experiencia del candidato en todos los procesos de selección.Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis de tendencias para entender las expectativas de los candidatos y ajustar las estrategias de employer branding y selección.Analizar métricas de reclutamiento (tiempo de contratación, calidad del talento, tasa de retención, entre otras) para evaluar la efectividad de las estrategias implementadas.Proponer mejoras continuas en los procesos de selección y en las campañas de employer branding basadas en resultados.¿Qué buscamos?Titulación Universitaria: Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas, Sociología, Psicología, etc. Se valorará Master en RRHH.Nivel fluido de inglés: Escrito y Hablado, se realizarán pruebas. No es imprescindible.5-6 años de experiencia en posiciones similares. Imprescindible haber trabajado con perfiles de consultoría de negocio.Se valorará:Experiencia en búsqueda y cobertura de posiciones complejas que incluyan búsquedas directas.
