Keep readingJob DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Partner in our office in Barcelona, you will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, actively involved in crafting recruitment strategies, optimising job postings, developing recruiting marketing channels, and planning comprehensive recruitment campaigns.Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial assessments to interviews and offers.Collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and seek out talented candidates for available roles within the organisation.Implementing effective recruitment strategies to support the organisation's growth objectives.Refining and improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Conducting thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.Developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Creating compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and company culture.Utilising various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.Coordinating and conducting interviews, both in-person and virtual, as needed.Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Managing candidate relationships and providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team in a positive and collaborative work environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our team and working together towards achieving our goals.QualificationsA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent education.A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience and the aim to develop professionally in the Talent area.The ability to determine different recruitment strategies in response to market conditions, volume and other hiring obstacles.Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.We think you are awesome if you:Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point…).Experience recruiting in media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, professional services, or other agency style environment.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to recruit and attract top talent.Are highly collaborative, love to solve problems and add value across all levels of the organization.Have a good sense of humor and are a great team player.
