Funciones:Convertir ideas, conceptos y estrategias en mensajes creativos que emocionen, conecten con la audiencia y generen acción.Diseñar y desarrollar planes de contenido para festivales y conciertos, creando copys originales y relevantes, alineados con el posicionamiento, los valores y el público objetivo de cada marca.Colaborar estrechamente con el resto del equipo en la conceptualización y ejecución de campañas 360º (digital, redes sociales, eventos, activaciones, branded content, colaboraciones con artistas y marcas, etc.), actuando como guardián del tono, la voz y el storytelling en todos los puntos de contacto.Redactar copys para múltiples formatos y canales: anuncios digitales, redes sociales, guiones de vídeo, newsletters, notas de prensa, textos web y materiales de merchandising.Crear slogans, claims y mensajes clave que refuercen el posicionamiento de marca y generen una conexión emocional auténtica con la comunidad.Revisar, editar y optimizar textos propios y del equipo para asegurar coherencia, calidad narrativa y corrección lingüística.Investigar y mantenerse al día de tendencias culturales, musicales y de lenguaje, así como de nuevos formatos y códigos del sector de festivales y entretenimiento.Analizar el rendimiento del contenido tras cada campaña, extrayendo aprendizajes y proponiendo mejoras para futuras acciones.Requisitos:Grado en Periodismo o similar: marketing, comunicación , RRPPNivel inglés: medio-altoSe valora conocimientos en IA.Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.Condiciones:Contrato laboralJornada completa-presencialIncorporación al equipo de marketingSalario: según experiencia adquirida como copywriter y en el sector musical.En THE PROJECT apostamos por procesos de selección inclusivos, transparentes y basados únicamente en las competencias y el talento de las personas.
