- sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.

**About the role**

We are currently looking for a Native English Creative Copywriter to join our creative team. This role involves collaborating with various clients, such as one of our most significant, which is Galderma. Galderma is the world's largest independent dermatology company, present in approximately 100 countries, and we have been partnering with them since 2020 to run the digital global communication for their most important brands, such as Cetaphil, the #1 Doctor Recommended Sensitive Skincare Brand in the US.

The English Creative Copywriter will work closely with the Art Director in a creative duo forma, reporting into the Creative Director and will be responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive written campaigns and content for different clients, many of which are beauty and skincare brands, with a focus on big digital advertising campaigns as well as social media content. With a proficient English level, the copywriter has a strong command of the language, using grammar and vocabulary to create compelling and concise messages that resonate with the target audience.

It is also expected to be a strategic thinker and idea/campaign generator, with the ability to conceptualize ideas and narratives that can be used for various brand communicational needs, mostly Campaigns and Content. This requires a deep understanding of the brand's voice, values, personality, audience, and goals, as well as an awareness of current digital and social media trends and best practices

This position requires working from our HQ located in Barcelona.

**Responsibilities**
- Interpreting creative briefs to create and present concepts for execution in current client campaigns and new business, that meet strategic and business goals
- Coming up with fresh, insightful, relevant, and objective driven ideas that build the brand’s presence and personality across all channels maintaining a cohesive brand voice/identity
- Ensuring that the upcoming ideas can be executed within established budget, timeframe and on strategy
- Writing original copy for a range of online assets, from post copy to longer form storytelling, ensuring that they are on brief, to spec, and on brand
- Being strategic in creating content from existing assets as well as creating from scratch
- Ensuring the completion of all projects within the given timeframe while managing different and simultaneous deadlines, prioritizing work effectively
- Collaborating effectively and receiving feedback from the Creative Director to ensure that the result meets the needs and expectations of the client and its audience
- Working together with strategy and account teams to provide creative, strategically solutions for current clients briefs and new business
- Actively participating and contributing in brainstorms
- Being client facing and have strong presentation and advocacy skills
- Leading client meetings from a creative point of view
- Expressing the vision, idea, and objectives to the production team
- Creating content with the channel specifics in mind, good UI and cross-browser compatibility
- Understanding and coordinate all technical specifications supplied by media agencies
- Have the interest and focus to see a project through from beginning to end
- Attending to video and photo shoots and oversee the storytelling
- Presenting work internally and to clients
- Occasionally participating in client pitches
- Talking to clients and advocate for creative concepts and campaign ideas
- Keeping up-to-date with social media, technological advancements, and new tools
- Staying abreast of beauty and skincare trends

- 3+ years of experience as a Copywriter in a digital creative agency (or in a similar environment)
- Solid portfolio with successfully launched digital and social media projects and content
- Previous experience as creative copywriter within the digital creative scene and in particular for the beauty, skincare, lifestyle and luxury sectors
- An outstanding eye for great storytelling and a passion for delivering creative work
- Ability to deliver and present conceptual work
- Ability to address creative briefs working in partnership with an Art Director (both reporting to the Creative Director)
- Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications
