This person will be responsible for supporting the creation, enhancement, and optimization of products by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and internal data.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Research: Conduct research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and pain points through surveys, interviews, and data analytics.Data Analysis: Collect, process, and interpret various data sources, including user behavior metrics, sales data, customer feedback, and A/B testing results, to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.Product Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance over its lifecycle, setting and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the product's success and market fit.Strategy & Recommendations: Develop data-driven recommendations and strategies for product improvements, new features, launch plans, and monetization, helping to inform product direction and investment decisions.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to provide insights and align on product strategies.Reporting & Presentations: Create reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings, insights, and product performance to stakeholders and decision-makers.Product Roadmap Support: Contribute to the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the product's vision and trajectory.What You Will BringProduct analysis background: 3 to 4 years' experience as a product analyst, business analyst, product owner or product manager.Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.Data Literacy: Strong understanding of data analysis, including tools and techniques for collecting, processing, and visualizing data.Requirements collection and understanding: Deep understanding of the business needs and goals and transform them into tangible action items.Communication to engineers: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with various teams.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose creative solutions, and drive projects forward.Technical Skills: SQL for data querying and analysis - At least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).Product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis and modeling.Basic Python or R for data analysis (preferred but not required).Experience with A/B testing tools and statistical analysis (preferred but not required).Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) given our existing toolset.Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships across the organization.Come with intellect and drive, we’ll teach you the rest.The ability to learn quickly and continuously and maintain a flexible and adaptive mindset necessary for a fast-paced environment.A proactive, self-driven mindset where your growth is dependent on you.Creative problem solving; if you don't know the answer, you’ll know how to find a way to it.Multi-tasking with the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once and prioritize them accordingly.Why Join UsCutting-Edge Technology – Opportunities to work on the forefront of fiber optic technology.Market-Leading Compensation – With performance-based bonuses and equity opportunities - we invest in those who invest in us.Professional Development – We’re committed to your growth, offering resources, career development, and a culture where your voice is heard.Fun Team Environment – Team bonding events, free lunches, and activities to keep us connected.Flexible Benefit Package– Manage your benefits through an easy-to-use Cobee account.
