Overview Sales Executive Germany and Poland - Team Leader at ADP. Fluent in German. Experience leading a sales team in outbound sales is preferred. Responsibilities Lead and coach the sales team: drive the team forward, manage and improve cold calling strategies, build relationships with potential clients, uncover their business needs, and recommend ADP products and services. Drive the business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross-selling into existing accounts and showcasing ADP’s other products and solutions. Collaborate daily with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations. Experience You Need Demonstrated 1-3 years of experience managing a sales team. Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet and exceed quotas. Well organized with effective time and activity management skills. Excellent systems literacy with MS Office.
