We are expanding our team in Getafe (Madrid) and seeking to hire a Business Development Manager.Key Responsibilities:Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and suppliers within the power conversion sector.Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.Contract Management: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.RequirementsEducation: Technical education in electrical engineering with specialization in Power Electronics.Languages: Excellent English skills.
