Work in Barcelona: Onboarding Account Manager – Dutch Market (Relocation Package) Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) – Employment Type: Full‑Time – Industry: Digital Marketing Project About the Role Successfully onboard new clients to the Google Ads platform. Build strategic, high‑performing PPC campaigns. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Reduce churn and increase product adoption. Identify upsell opportunities and help drive growth. Provide consulting to companies across the Dutch‑speaking market and make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize strategic Google Ads campaigns. Conduct outbound calls to guide new customers through onboarding. Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions. Drive budget growth and upselling. Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a high volume of clients. Analyze trends and identify opportunities for expansion. What You Bring C2 Dutch + strong English. BA/BS degree (MA/MS preferred). 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Deep understanding of the Dutch market, culture, GDPR, and business practices. Experience managing complex stakeholder environments. Compensation Designed for Top Talent Base Salary (Gross) : Minimum €24,310 – Maximum €30,000 Bonus Structure : Minimum €3,407 – Maximum €3,500 Relocation Support : 1 month of accommodation provided in Barcelona.
