We work tirelessly to improve the lives of our team members and look to captivate the world through the spirit of Mexican culture Job Summary: Clase Azul is seeking a Luxury Account Specialist to represent and grow our presence across key markets in Northern Europe, Spain and Portugal. This role plays a pivotal part in nurturing relationships with on-trade and off-trade accounts, elevating brand positioning, and ensuring Clase Azul is consistently presented in line with the standards of our Mexican luxury house. This position blends brand education, relationship management and commercial support, with a strong emphasis on training, storytelling and long-term brand building. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Manage and develop a relationship with partners within the assigned territory, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships. Ensure partners fully understand and embody Clase Azul's heritage, craftsmanship and cultural values, and can convey this narrative to end consumers. Design and deliver bespoke training for distributor teams and key accounts, ensuring elevated brand positioning across all points of sale. Identify opportunities to optimise and grow while maintaining a strong focus on brand integrity and excellence. Prepare detailed reports following market visits, highlighting opportunities, emerging trends, and overall performance to inform strategic decisions and optimise brand development. Organization and supervision of the whole process of product sales and stock optimization so that there is an exact correlation between sell-in and sell-out. Maintain expert knowledge of the full portfolio, supporting a consistent and aspirational brand image across markets. . Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience within luxury, hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage with accounts and partners. Strong presentation and public-speaking capabilities are essential. Commercially minded with a strategic and analytical mindset. Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI or similar CRM systems is a plus Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; additional European languages are an advantage Frequent travel is fundamental to this role to support brand education and market presence
