Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive the analysis, improvements, and governance of sales processes inside our Salesforce ecosystem. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and other teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end sales workflows, focusing on top-of-funnel activity, lead conversion, and Order Management. You translate complex cross-functional needs into actionable user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog. The role emphasizes data governance and alignment with the broader Salesforce strategy, with opportunities to influence platform capabilities and tool integrations. This position supports hybrid or remote work and offers meaningful impact in a fast-scaling, data Compensaciones / Beneficios Act as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce-based sales processes Liaise with Sales, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, CS Ops, and Professional Services Ops Analyze and map end-to-end sales processes across integrated systems Guide scalable process improvements with Data Owners and Salesforce experts Maintain and improve sales process documentation Contribute to Revenue Operations strategic projects with Salesforce input Translate business needs into clear user stories and manage backlog Ensure solutions align with data architecture and governance Stay current with Salesforce capabilities and integrated tools Collaborate to understand reporting, pipeline progression, handovers, and performance tracking Responsabilidades 4+ years in Product Owner, BA, or similar with Salesforce and sales operations focus Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge (objects, automation, reporting) Experience documenting complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders Exposure to third-party sales tools (Clari, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Distribution Engine) Familiarity with CPQ and sales commissions data dependencies (high-level) Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication Ability to write clear user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog Comfort with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with technical teams Requisitos principales virtual onboarding Hackathon hybrid and remote work generous paid time-off Wellbeing and Home Office allowances stock options
