Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS) Influencer Marketing

Buscamos un Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS) para una Multinacional Española con más de 15 años en la gestión de campañas de **marketing de influencers y social commerce.**

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Actuar como el principal enlace entre LA AGENCIA y los clientes, cultivando relaciones sólidas y facilitando una comunicación efectiva para asegurar la excelencia del servicio.
- Elaborar estrategias de Social Commerce adaptadas a las necesidades comerciales individuales de los clientes, estableciendo objetivos claros de campaña y delineando los KPIs esenciales para su éxito.
- Dirigir la implementación de campañas de Social Commerce, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos y el logro de los objetivos predefinidos
- Articular el eje de comunicación de las campañas logrando una conexión genuina entre los creadores de contenido y sus seguidores para maximizar el impacto del mensaje y los resultados de la campaña.
- Monitorear minuciosamente los resultados de las campañas, recolectando y analizando datos pertinentes para brindar informes detallados a los clientes sobre el desempeño de las campañas y sugerir áreas de mejora.
- Contribuir con ideas creativas que sirvan como insumo para desarrollar contenido y dinámicas atractivas y pertinentes, con el objetivo de maximizar el impacto del mensaje en la audiencia objetivo.
- Identificar y seleccionar cuidadosamente a los influencers más apropiados para cada campaña, cultivar relaciones colaborativas, negociar contratos y gestionar las expectativas tanto de los influencers como de los clientes.
- Presentar a los clientes recomendaciones y pasos a seguir que fomenten la retención de los mismos como clientes recurrentes de LA AGENCIA, tanto durante la ejecución del proyecto como después de su finalización.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 5 años en roles relacionados con la gestión estratégica de clientes y campañas en el ámbito del marketing digital, en agencias de marketing o departamentos de marketing de empresas reconocidas.
- Capacidad demostrada para diseñar y ejecutar estrategias integrales de marketing, con conocimiento profundo de las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en el campo del marketing digital, social commerce e influencer marketing, así como de las herramientas y principales redes sociales para su ejecución.
- Participación en la gestión de proyectos complejos y multidisciplinarios, con la capacidad de trabajar en equipo y gestionar recursos de manera efectiva, experiência en la presentación de resultados de campaña ante clientes.
