Operational Support Employee


Action es uno de los minoristas de más rápido crecimiento en Europa, operando alrededor de 2,700 tiendas en 12 países. Para mantener nuestro éxito, colaboramos con Proveedores de Servicios Logísticos (PSL) para gestionar varios de nuestros Centros de Distribución (CD) subcontratados. En estos centros, un pequeño equipo de empleados de Action asegura el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones en colaboración con el PSL. Dentro de este entorno dinámico, buscamos un Operational Support Employee para unirse a nuestro equipo in situ y desempeñar un papel crucial en el buen funcionamiento de nuestro CD.

Tus Responsabilidades Diarias


Como Operational Support Employee, proporcionarás un apoyo administrativo esencial a nuestro equipo in situ y serás el primer punto de contacto para diversos asuntos logísticos y operativos. Estas serán tus responsabilidades: Administración

Controla y gestiona la facturación de los servicios de almacén y transporte, asegurando su precisión y actuando como punto de contacto para consultas sobre facturas.
Apoya la preparación de casos de negocio para costos adicionales, inversiones y cambios operativos.
Prepara presentaciones que consoliden la información necesaria para el Gerente de Servicios Logísticos y el equipo in situ.
Ayuda a organizar la logística y los programas de integración para los nuevos miembros del equipo.
Mantén el control sobre los componentes de gestión de instalaciones, como propiedades y equipos en tu sitio.

Apoyo en la Gestión de Proyectos

Rastrea y reporta los presupuestos y estados de los proyectos mensualmente, utilizando los datos del equipo in situ.
Proporciona apoyo administrativo para las iniciativas de gestión de proyectos in situ.

Comunicación

Asegura una comunicación oportuna y eficaz con las tiendas cuando sea necesario.
Genera y actualiza los paneles de informes semanales para tu sitio y compártelos a tiempo con los interesados relevantes.
Actúa como el primer punto de contacto para preguntas y solicitudes ad-hoc del equipo.





Este eres tú



Eres un profesional organizado y proactivo con pasión por la logística. Disfrutas apoyando a tu equipo, enfrentando desafíos y trabajando con datos. Tienes:
Mínimo una titulación de formación profesional secundaria o equivalente.
Excelentes habilidades en el idioma local y nivel de inglés empresarial.
Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y experiencia trabajando con SAP.
Al menos 2 años de experiencia relevante en un rol de soporte dentro de logística o un campo relacionado.
Habilidades de comunicación e influencia, con la capacidad demostrada de trabajar con interesados internacionales.
Habilidades analíticas, lo que te permite manipular y presentar datos de manera efectiva.
La capacidad de priorizar tareas y resolver problemas en tiempo real.
