Additionally, the role focuses on supporting teams through skill development and collaboration programs, promoting a culture of recognition and learning. Effective leadership, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in operational strategy are critical for success in this position.Key responsibilities:Knowledge Management Process ImplementationIn collaboration with Service Management and RMC Center of Excellence, designing and implementing a knowledge management strategy and framework. Coordinating with stakeholders for the as-is assessment, the To-Be definition, and implementation.Determine objectives, implementation strategy, and timelines. Promote the knowledge management culture in the Contract Fulfillment AIR organization.Inventory and review of existing information, identifying gaps.Recognize or articulate knowledge, turning tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge.Defining a process, and developing workflows, envision and articulate the ideal end state.Create, maintain, and enhance a process database.
