About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and talented API Commercialization Manager to join our Digital Strategy and API acceleration team within Digital Business in Business Development & Strategy.The successful candidate will help to drive adoption and usage of Swift platform assets over API, including Community APIs, and the development of joint value propositions between Swift and Complementors in the context of the Payments Experience Initiative.The candidate will handle technical conversations with technology, business, operations, and product teams and will support other stakeholders in discussions with business areas, all with attention to detail and high standards in terms of quality, and being an outside-in thinker.Responsibilities:Partner with key internal or external (clients and partners) stakeholders in assigned products and services within the Portfolio of Swift.Close collaboration with the regional teams, focusing on key players to grow and enrich the ecosystem.Represent Swift and promote the company’s portfolio through participation in meetings, workshops, business forums, and conferences.Provide regular market, client, and partner feedback to Product, Strategy, and commercial teams.Facilitate awareness, education, and equipment to the BD teams, prepare collaterals, and engage with clients and partners about capabilities, portfolio (including real use cases and stories), and explaining the value and how to embrace it. Ecosystem and partners are key.Define Community and Ancillary API adoption objectives and follow up with commercial and GTM teams.Qualifications:Commercial skills are highly valued.Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write compelling and concise PowerPoint presentations.Excellent stakeholder management with influencing skills.Collaborative team worker, well organized, able to work autonomously, and possess a growth mindset mentality.Transactional business understanding and experience with Swift's products and services.What we offer:We put you in control of your career.We give you a competitive package.We help you perform at your best.We help you make a difference.We give you the freedom to be yourself.We are creating an environment of unique individuals – like you – with different perspectives on the financial industry and the world.
