Tus funciones : What You’ll Do Welcome guests across our portfolio of apartments in Madrid, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in experience. Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable first impression , reflecting Homeclub’s premium service standards. Ensure each property is guest-ready before arrival (cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, Wi‑Fi, etc.). Explain property features clearly, including access, appliances, and general usage. Resolve small last‑minute issues on‑site with agility and professionalism. Conduct property viewings for potential clients when required. Collect and share guest feedback with the operations and service teams to drive continuous improvement. Tu perfil About You Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Driver’s license and comfortable riding an electric scooter. Positive, approachable, and service‑oriented attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work flexible morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus (but not required). ¿Quiénes somos?
