Your contribution to Prysmians Success: As part of our HR Transmission Department we are looking for a Training Specialist to join our Headquarter in Milan Reporting directly to Transmission HR People Development Manager you will: Collect and analyze training needs in line with business and technical requirements of the Transmission division. Co-Design develop and deliver technical and soft skills training programs (classroom digital blended) Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Manage training logistics scheduling and reporting. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback assessments and performance data. Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records. You will have the chance also to: Contribute to global Transmission projects by equipping people with the right skills in a fast-evolving multicultural environment. Ensure training programs stay aligned with technological and market shifts while engaging a diverse geographically dispersed workforce under tight deadlines.
