In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für Accounting & Treasury und gestaltest die Finanzstrategie eines börsennotierten Unternehmens aktiv mit. Als Sparring-Partner des CFO führst du ein starkes Team, treibst Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung voran und setzt deine Expertise in IFRS, HGB und Kapitalmarktanforderungen ein, um nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg zu sichern. Deine neue Rolle Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Accounting & Treasury Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die gesamten Financial-Closing-Prozesse und das Reporting an die Santander Gruppe, die umfassen u.a. den Konzernabschluss nach IFRS für die gesamte Allane Gruppe sowie die lokalen Einzelabschlüsse der Tochterunternehmen Du gestaltest die Zukunft des Finanzbereichs durch Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und die Einführung neuer ERP- und Continuous-Improvement-Projekte Du bist strategischer Sparring-Partner des CFO und Executive Boards in allen Fragen rund um Bilanzierung, Finanzierung und Liquidität Du baust robuste Reporting- und Forecasting-Strukturen auf und optimierst den Fast-Close-Prozess für maximale Effizienz Deine Stärken Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen eines börsennotierten Unternehmens mit – idealerweise in den Bereichen Leasing, Financial Services oder Mobilität Du verfügst über tiefgehende fachliche Kenntnisse in IFRS, HGB und kapitalmarktrelevanten Berichtspflichten, die dir Sicherheit in komplexen Finanzfragen geben Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Aufsichtsbehörden, Banken und Kapitalmarktakteuren und agierst souverän in einem regulierten Umfeld Du überzeugst mit starken Leadership-Skills, Change-Management-Kompetenz und der Fähigkeit, leistungsstarke Teams zu entwickeln und zu motivieren Du kombinierst analytische und strategische Stärke mit einer unternehmerischen, hands-on Mentalität, um Herausforderungen proaktiv zu meistern Dein neues Umfeld Du bist Teil unseres Accounting Teams in der Allane SE und im Großraum München zu Hause Training opportunities Business bike Employee car leasing Open culture & diversity Employee awards Fitness & health 30 days of vacation 50% mobile work per month Drinks & food subsidy Team events Corporate benefits Attractive financial package „Allane makes mobility easy in every way” Um das zu erreichen, arbeiten unsere Geschäftsbereiche Leasing und Flottenmanagement Hand in Hand und werden mit dem neu gewonnenen Geschäftsfeld Captive Leasing perfekt ergänzt.
