Technical Solutions Consultant

OverviewAs a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will apply project and stakeholder management to handle different projects. You will solve problems and design solutions for use cases with Athento. This is a hands-on role; you will be leading, designing, and executing together with other members of the team.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll work as a part of our project team responsible for delivering digital solutions and supporting users in international projects.Low-fidelity prototyping of solutions, and writing/reviewing technical design documents.Prepare chronograms and project plans.Lead meetings with project teammates and customers.Conduct user research.Analyze best ways to provide solutions to problems through Athento’s features.Design solutions to cover different use cases.Propose new product features.Lead QA testing.Lead UAT testing with final users.Support users on go-live.Soft SkillsPassion for engineering and technologies.Ability to think of technical solutions to business challenges.Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work under pressure and deadlines.Ability to prioritize.Experience in a customer-facing role.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Qualifications and requirementsAt least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role.Experience and knowledge in Enterprise Content Management solutions are desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in technology projects.Project Management (certification or demonstrable experience).Quality Management and continuous improvement.User experience (certification or demonstrable experience).Other job requirements and desirable skillsSpoken English & Spanish 90%Scrum or other agile methodologies 95%Master concepts such as API, authentication, microservices 99%System and telecommunications knowledge 90%Web architecture knowledge 90%Ability to read and understand code 70%Plan and onboardingTake our courses and learn about Athento and its possibilities and existing use cases.Join projectsJoin a project in a secondary role.
