Director Regional Cosmetics

Laboratorio cosmético francés con más de 25 años de trayectoria, necesita incorporar en su equipo un/a Director Regional.
El DR será responsable de la gestión del equipo de sell in y sell out, así como de la estrategia de ventas, la rentabilidad de cada cuenta de cliente y el respeto por parte del equipo de la aplicación de los procesos internos.
**Residencia en**: Madrid
**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- Determinar los objetivos comerciales en la región
- Informar sobre las actividades realizadas utilizando las herramientas proporcionadas
- Comunicar la política y las directrices comerciales de la empresa
- Implementar, coordinar y supervisar las operaciones comerciales
- Preparar y seguir la aplicación de los diferentes lanzamientos en los puntos de venta
- Fijar y validar los objetivos de ventas internas y externas.
- Analizar los resultados, la coherencia del procedimiento de sell in & sell out y proponer áreas de mejora.
- Realizar un informe de las estrategias de la competencia en el mercado (precios, ofertas comerciales, nuevos productos).
- Preparar las herramientas y el soporte de ventas para los seminarios comerciales.
- Creación de planes específicos de sell in & sell out para determinados clientes y presentación de los mismos
- Gestión del equipo de sell in y sell out
**Requisitos**:
- 2 años de experiência en sector cosmético o farmacia, realizando acciones sell in y sell out
- Excelentes dotes de negociación, organización y gestión
- Permiso de conducir A
- Capacidad para viajar
