El CEO / Business Director se incorpora para liderar la organización como máximo responsable ejecutivo. Liderar la transformación organizativa: establecer procesos estructurados y disciplina financiera. Crecimiento y Desarrollo ComercialMarketing & CRM: Supervisar la implementación de HubSpot, definir estrategias de marca y ejecutar campañas de marketing efectivas y medibles. Gestión Operativa y PersonasLiderar y motivar a un equipo remoto y deslocalizado, definiendo roles, objetivos (OKRs) y cultura corporativa.

Supervisar las áreas de Operaciones, Atención al Cliente, Finanzas y Tecnología. Profesionalizar el reporting financiero y la gestión del P&L. Optimizar los ratios operativos y aumentar el valor corporativo para preparar la compañía hacia una eventual venta futura. PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO/A Formación y ExperienciaTitulación: Grado en ADE, Marketing, Económicas o similar.

Se valorará muy positivamente Master/MBA (especialmente en áreas de Negocio Digital o Data Analysis). Trayectoria: Mínimo 5 años en posiciones similares o mandos intermedios en empresas de formación, e-learning, servicios B2C o negocios digitales. Gestión: Experiencia demostrable de al menos 3 años liderando equipos y gestionando presupuestos/P&L. Entorno: Experiencia indispensable en cultura startup y gestión de equipos remotos.

Mentalidad Growth: Fuerte dominio en marketing digital, performance y modelos de ingresos. Data Driven: Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
