Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of B2B clients using Google Ads products. Identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell suitable solutions. Analyze advertising campaigns and optimize performance for clients. Provide consultative advice to SMBs on PPC strategy, ROI, and digital marketing best practices. Achieve individual and team KPIs in sales, retention, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline management in CRM tools. Requirements Hebrew Native level. English B2 minimum (internal communication). Experience in sales, digital marketing, account management, or Google Ads is highly valued. Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach. Ability to work on-site in Barcelona. EU passport or valid work permit for Spain. Salary Attractive Salary Performance bonus Additional incentives based on quarterly targets.
