Hebrew speaking Google Ads Sales Executive As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will partner with Hebrew companies and agency partners to provide customized digital advertising strategies. Working in a goal-oriented environment, you\'ll help expand the client\'s customer base across EMEA while shaping exceptional experiences and empowering innovation in the Spanish online marketing landscape. Base pay range information is provided by TP. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Enhance client & agency relationships by providing customized, performance-boosting strategies and promoting additional digital marketing products Offer strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments, using a quality consultative approach Aim to achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience Proactively engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email Requirements BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience C2 level of Hebrew and high level of English 1-2 years in sales or online advertising Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense or YouTube Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills Team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments, goal-oriented and customer-focused Passionate about Marketing, Technology and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop Valid work permit for Spain Desirable Skills Process Excellence: Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality Collaboration: Working effectively with others, sharing ideas and resources to achieve common goals Communication: Exchanging information, ideas, and messages between individuals or groups Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions to foster positive relationships Open Mindedness: Considering diverse perspectives and ideas Critical Thinking: Evaluating information and arguments to make informed decisions Solution Orientation: Focusing on practical and effective solutions Entrepreneurship: Innovative and proactive problem-solving mindset Benefits Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 27.216 € gross/year + up to 3.266 € Referral Program: Earn up to €2,000 for bringing friends, depending on language/project Relocation package including flight ticket and accommodation in a studio Private Health Insurance Continuous skill development and certifications Clear career growth opportunities supported by coaches and a motivating team environment Engaging workplace with bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly contests and dynamic business casual culture Prime office location at the World Trade Center, Barcelona Diversity, Equity & Inclusion TP is home to a global family with various backgrounds and lifestyles.
