Se requiere liderar equipos y desarrollar animaciones 3D de alta calidad para consola.
Responsabilidades
PrincipalesLiderar un pequeño equipo de animadores y rigger, gestionando 1-2-1’s, desarrollo profesional y flujos de trabajo. Crear animaciones keyframe 3D optimizándolas según las limitaciones técnicas y direccionamiento artístico. Colaborar con riggers, dirección de arte, diseñadores y programadores para lograr los objetivos de gameplay. Identificar y comunicar problemas técnicos relacionados con animaciones.
Gestionar los tiempos de entrega y la documentación para la mejora de procesos. Integrar y pulir animaciones en el juego, solucionando bugs y problemas de clipping.
Requisitos
y HabilidadesExperiencia en software de animación 3D para videojuegos, preferentemente Maya. Experiencia previa en títulos de consola. Gran comprensión de anatomía y movimiento corporal. Sentido estético y atención al detalle.
Flexibilidad para adaptarse al cambio y actitud abierta. Habilidades de comunicación y apertura a la crítica constructiva. Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito. Se ValoraráBuen portfolio basado en trabajos personales o sin NDA.
Conocimientos de game engines. Experiencia con animaciones capturadas en movimiento (motion capture).
