At Rocket Digital, we are looking for an SEO Team Lead to join the Media & Acquisition Team.The SEO Team Lead plays a critical role in driving the success of our SEO initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies for existing and new business. This role involves overseeing a team of 7 SEO Specialists, ensuring that tactical tasks align with strategic goals, and contributing to the growth and visibility of our digital presence as an agency.The roleThe SEO Strategist Team Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Social Media, Growth, Paid, Studio, and Analytics to optimize website performance and increase organic traffic for our clients.Main areas of work:Development of the SEO areaDefinition of best practices and service quality standards.Definition and improvement of methodology and processes.Team managementManagement of workload and resource allocation.Team career development and 1-on-1s with Specialists.Detection, management, and resolution of problems, red flags, risks, or other issues.Identification of training needs and planning of training actions.Strategic support in new business and upsell proposals.Operations managementOperational monitoring of top clients.Supporting SEO strategy definition and task planning.Promotion of internal and cross-channel synergies, including commercial and team collaborations.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience in SEO.Experience in team management.Agency experience.Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.About usAt Rocket Digital, we provide consultancy, data management, channel selection, performance measurement, and attribution modeling.
