The Lab Ventures is an investment fund with a start-up studio. We were born to transform the mythical art of entrepreneurship into a standardized process for repeatable success. The team that will support you has invested in more than 100 startups worldwide from inception, and today, several of these companies are unicorns. We are focused on B2B/B2B2C SaaS, SaaS-enabled marketplaces, and web3. Our goal is to enhance the creation of startups by providing expertise, knowledge, and resources. The Role: Be the founder of your own start-up. Validate a business model, lead the launch of your start-up while ensuring product-market fit. Scale it until Exit. To do this, you will have the support of The Lab Venture’s multidisciplinary team, capital, network, tools, and resources. Who are we looking for? You are passionate about entrepreneurship and the digital world, curious, and want to add value. You are a positive, motivated, and inspiring person with a strategic mindset. You have excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish, and excellent negotiation and business development skills. You are able to lead multidisciplinary teams and are a team player yourself. You are resilient, excel under pressure, and can work with uncertainty. You have analytical, organizational, and methodological abilities. You have experience in consulting, technology/startups, or investment banking. You feel comfortable making financial models, customer development, or working on products. What do we offer?
