Your job You will be actively involved in defining, reviewing and updating the Group’s project management processes, support the Head of Project Management in coordinating internal resources and monitoring the proper execution of projects, ensuring that project development meets planned deadlines and budgets, in line with the Group’s development strategies. In details, you will : Create the Project Management Plan Lead the Project Team, coordinate all activities in the project and be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders). Ensure that applicable laws and regulations are being respected by the Project Team when carrying out the Scope of Work. Create the Project Scope definition. Ensure that the Project Documentation is created and maintained. Create, Maintain the Project Risk List Create, maintain and run the Project Communication plan Actively work on continuous improvement of Project management processes Be the reference point for internal resources in order to transfer knowledge, skills and best practices to junior members of the team Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure projects are running smoothly Your profile in order to be successful Experiences and job requirements At least 5-7 years as Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment Proven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically) Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer Familiar with structured problem-solving methodologies Abroad experience will be considered a plus Technical skills Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals, preferably PMP certified. Good Equipment and Digital Systems understanding (Data Science, Electronics, Control, Mechanics) Good ability to run configuration management and change management in the project. Good skills in working with usual MS-Office applications, MS-Project and other necessary tools (e.g., to control project budget) Good knowledge in moder ERP system as D365 or SAP Adequate Know-how in Contracting and commercial practice Six-Sigma black belt certification will be considered a plus Personal attitude Good social and leadership skills in a matrix organization (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team) Fluent in the English language, verbally and in writing Working Place San Giovanni in Marignano (RN) You are allowed to up to 4 days per month in smartworking #J-18808-Ljbffr
