**Supply Chain Manager (Ubicación**: Donostia - San Sebastián)
Gipuzkoa, País Vasco
Contrato indefinido
**Salario**: 38.000 €/año
**Liderazgo**: Gestión de equipo (1-5 personas)
**Horario flexible**: entrada de 8:00 a 10:00. Viernes, jornada intensiva.
Trabajo presencial (entorno colaborativo de alto rendimiento)
Lo que harás
Formarás parte de un entorno tecnológicamente puntero, donde tus decisiones tendrán impacto directo en la eficiencia operativa, la escalabilidad de los procesos y la relación con partners clave a nível global.
**Tus principales focos estarán en**:
Gestión de materiales críticos, inventario y logística internacional.
Estrategia de compras y relaciones con proveedores clave.
Planificación de demanda, análisis de datos y control de costes.
Mejora continua de procesos, excelencia operativa y automatización.
Coordinación con áreas clave como ingeniería, finanzas y ventas.
**Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados**:
Lo que buscamos Una persona estratégica, resolutiva y con hambre de impacto real. Que vea en la cadena de suministro una palanca de valor, no solo una función operativa.Grado en Ingeniería, ADE o Sistemas de Información5 años de experiência en entornos complejos de supply chainDominio avanzado de Excel, análisis de datos y herramientas ERPEnfoque sistémico, visión estratégica y fuerte capacidad de ejecuciónHabilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resiliencia Se valorará especialmente: Experiência en consultoría estratégica u operaciones complejas (Big4 o similar) Fluidez en inglés Conocimiento de entornos industriales o tecnológicos (no imprescindible)
