The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective supervision of sales activities, adherence to the sales process, and the implementation of strategies designed to maximize customer engagement and drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Process & Strategy Execution:Ensure compliance with the sales process and organizational standardsDevelop and manage calling strategies to boost customer engagement and lead generationAdjust strategies based on performance data and market trends3. CRM Management:Ensure CRM compliance through regular audits and accurate data entry.Manage dashboards to track sales metrics and performance indicators4. Performance Monitoring:Track KPIs and implement action plans to improve resultsReview monthly forecasts and adjust strategies to meet target5. Interdepartmental Coordination:Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.Handle escalated conflicts to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications, Experience and Skills:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldProven experience in a sales supervisory role, ideally within an outbound calling environment or a similar sales contextFluent English, other languages such as German, Polish, French, Italian or Dutch would be an assetStrong commercial and sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving resultsProficiency in CRM systems and data analysis, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboardsExceptional leadership, people management, and conflict resolution capabilitiesAvailability to travel within Europe for meeting and site visitsJob Offer:Join a global leading company with a positive, multicultural work environmentPermanent contract with a flexible schedule (start between 7:00–9:30, finish between 16:00–18:30)Hybrid model: 3 remote working days per weekComprehensive onboarding: First month on-site to ensure a smooth integrationAttractive compensation package (monthly bonus, meal allowance, and telework expenses covered)Convenient commute: Shuttle bus from Plaza Espanya (Barcelona) to our Terrassa officeExtra benefits after one year: Health and life insurance, plus a pension planEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
