At the core, Signicats are driven by an impactful mission - to build technology for people to trust each other in a digital world.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Marketing professional to help develop, steer, and execute our local marketing activities in Spain, Portugal, and France. This includes primarily event execution but can also consist of partner marketing, digital marketing activities, and more. You will report to the Marketing & Communications Director.Your key responsibilities include:Lead, develop, and execute smaller and larger event activities targeting Enterprise clients in the Spanish, Portuguese, and French markets including potential partner marketing activities.Work closely with the Regional Marketing manager group on conceptualizing event activities as well as support the landing of global campaigns in your markets.Work with local sales teams on ad hoc activities.Work with customers to share their success stories.Support on smaller ad hoc translation tasks.Who you are:Appropriate degree in a related field.5 years experience in a relevant marketing position – particularly from event execution and field marketing.Experience with regulated industries SaaS business models.Strong project management skills and the ability to engage key stakeholders in a strong partnership.The ability to balance multiple demands and activities successfully, and effectively prioritize workload.Proactive personality with a strong drive and sense of accountability.You may not possess every requirement of the role, but you have the motivation to learn and develop.Native Spanish and fluent in English.Experience with Hubspot, and a strong motivation for leveraging Jasper AI tool to support you in daily tasks.What we offer:Your tech, your way - choose the tech gear that aligns with your comfort and meets your preferences.Work style (choose a hybrid or remote option based on the role flexibility).Work-life balance - enjoy an extra 5 paid days off annually, and we will celebrate your work anniversaries with additional days off to recognize and reward your milestones.Health & Wellness - we prioritize your physical and mental well-being by providing designated packs and access to the Headspace app.Madrid: Modern workplace - a cozy office in Madrid with just a 15-minute walk from Atocha central station, surrounded by green recreational areas and parking available.Continuous growth - quarterly development talks, a dedicated time during working hours each week for training and development, unlimited access to Udemy courses, defined career paths, and internal mentorship opportunities.Customized onboarding - we will prepare an Onboarding Plan to ensure an easy and smooth beginning.Give back to the community - option to use 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year to support a charity or cause you are passionate about.Be part of an international team - the opportunity to work from any other Signicat office for 2 months per year and 3 weeks per year from any European country.Empowering feedback culture - by using employee engagement tools, we ensure that every voice is heard, empowering us to grow together.
