About the Role The quantitative trading analyst is part of the data science organization, primarily working on sportsbook pricing, risk, and operations. This unique role sits at the intersection of analytics, technical development, and business operations. The analyst interfaces with stakeholders in bookmaking operations and commercial teams, and collaborates with data science, data engineering, and BI teams to build technical solutions for the sportsbook business. Responsibilities Analyze large betting and odds datasets to identify trends and predictive signals Develop and deploy statistical and predictive models for pricing, risk management, and player evaluation Integrate developed solutions into day‑to‑day operations of the sportsbook business, focusing on automation and scalability Identify opportunities to optimize sportsbook operations and financial P&L, and propose solutions Communicate complex findings to technical and business teams, translating them into clear, actionable recommendations Qualifications Essential Research‑oriented mindset with creative solutions to open‑ended technical problems Foundational knowledge of probability and statistics Advanced spreadsheet (Excel) skills for data analysis Experience with SQL (any dialect or database) Experience with a scripting language for data analysis, preferably Python Nice to have Previous knowledge in sports, gambling, gaming, or financial industries Background in data science, data engineering, or software engineering Benefits Hybrid work policy: 2 days a week working from home 4 weeks of workation (T&C apply) 300 EUR wellness contribution annually Cobee benefits app with flexible compensation and discounts Health insurance (Alan) Life insurance Employee Assistance Program (emotional, legal, financial support) Short Fridays – work until 16:00 Complimentary snacks and drinks, Monday breakfast and Wednesday fika Team and office social events throughout the year Relocation package with accommodation and flights for those living outside Spain As our company working language is English, we’d like to see your CV in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
