This unique role sits at the intersection of analytics, technical development, and business operations. The analyst interfaces with stakeholders in bookmaking operations and commercial teams, and collaborates with data science, data engineering, and BI teams to build technical solutions for the sportsbook business.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large betting and odds datasets to identify trends and predictive signalsDevelop and deploy statistical and predictive models for pricing, risk management, and player evaluationIntegrate developed solutions into day‑to‑day operations of the sportsbook business, focusing on automation and scalabilityIdentify opportunities to optimize sportsbook operations and financial P&L, and propose solutionsCommunicate complex findings to technical and business teams, translating them into clear, actionable recommendationsQualificationsEssentialResearch‑oriented mindset with creative solutions to open‑ended technical problemsFoundational knowledge of probability and statisticsAdvanced spreadsheet (Excel) skills for data analysisExperience with SQL (any dialect or database)Experience with a scripting language for data analysis, preferably PythonNice to havePrevious knowledge in sports, gambling, gaming, or financial industriesBackground in data science, data engineering, or software engineeringBenefitsHybrid work policy: 2 days a week working from home4 weeks of workation (T&C apply) xsgfvud 300 EUR wellness contribution annuallyCobee benefits app with flexible compensation and discountsHealth insurance (Alan)Life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (emotional, legal, financial support)Short Fridays – work until 16:00Complimentary snacks and drinks, Monday breakfast and Wednesday fikaTeam and office social events throughout the yearRelocation package with accommodation and flights for those living outside SpainAs our company working language is English, we’d like to see your CV in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
