If you're looking to boost your career, now is the perfect opportunity About The Role (Hybrid Position - Marbella, Spain) We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that support business decision-making. Create robust DAX measures, relationships, and data transformations to ensure accurate analytics. Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into insightful BI solutions. Develop ETL processes (Power Query, SQL, or dataflow solutions) to prepare and transform data. Optimize existing dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting environments. Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product teams to integrate BI solutions into the broader data ecosystem. Support the BI team with documentation, version control, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices. Solid knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases. Experience transforming and preparing data for reporting (ETL/ELT). A good understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design. Ability to work in Agile teams and collaborate across functions. A positive, proactive approach to teamwork and cross-department collaboration, contributing to a supportive and high-performing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Bonus Skills Experience with Power BI Service, workspaces, dataflows Knowledge of Azure (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling). Understanding of governance, security, and report lifecycle management.
