Desde la división de IT Sales de LHH, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de Head Of Customer Success (IA, Chatbot) para una compañía en expansión global.
Sobre La Posición :
Te encargarás de ofrecer una gran experiencia al cliente satisfaciendo sus necesidades de información estratégica, venta transversal y acompañamiento en proceso de Onboarding.
Funciones Principales :
Responsable de la formación inicial de los clientes finales y de su integración en la plataforma y los procesos.
Formar a los clientes / usuarios.
Venta transversal con mix de funciones de Account Management.
Colaboración interdepartamental a nivel global.
Requisitos :
Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en el sector tecnológico especialmente en Chatbot e Inteligencia Artificial.
Será imprescindible un nivel de inglés a nivel negociación.
Experiencia previa en acompañamiento a clientes de los segmentos Mid-Market y Enterprise.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Enfoque en resultados y mejora continua.
