Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform. Our marketplace aims to make boating accessible around the world and to provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.
Since our conception in 2013, we have grown substantially and acquired 3 companies in 3 different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) these last 4 years. In 2022, our growth has been powered by an incoming major equity fund and the world’s largest boating marketplace.
So far, we have opened for business in more than 50 countries and 600 destinations, and we are also a diverse team of 200 employees from 20 different countries.
Our headquarters are based in Paris on a barge moored on the Seine River, and our operational teams are located in Barcelona, in the vibrant neighborhood of Poblenou.

Job description
Equipe :
Tu intégreras l’équipe RH de Click&Boat, une business unit gérée par Tiphaine, VP RH, composée de 5 personnes, basées à Paris et Barcelone.
Dans le cadre de tes missions, tu reporteras directement à Julie, Lead Talent Acquisition. Tu travailleras étroitement avec elle ainsi qu’avec tes collègues Clara, Lisa et Isabelle.
Missions :
1) Recrutement (70%) :
Chez Click&Boat, les enjeux recrutement sont rythmés par la saisonnalité de notre business.
Tu auras 2 objectifs principaux:
- Recruter des profils qualifiés dans le cadre de notre structuration.
- Recruter l'ensemble de nos saisonniers pour la période estivale.
Parmi les missions qui te seront confiées:
- Publier les offres d'emplois sur nos différents canaux ;
- Sélectionner les CV et sourcer des profils intéressants sur Linkedin ;
- Prospecter et créer de solides relations avec des écoles et universités ;
- Mener les premiers entretiens et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les managers ;
- Suivre de A à Z chaque recrutement de ton portefolio, du sourcing à la validation candidat ;
- Créer et mettre à jour des reportings sur des sujets recrutement.
2) On-boarding (20%) :
Tu participeras à l'intégration des collaborateurs basés à Barcelone.
- Préparer et animer des sessions d'intégration pour les nouveaux arrivants ;
- Servir de point de contact pour les nouveaux collaborateurs et assurer leur intégration.
3) Project management (10%) :
Tu auras l'opportunité de travailler sur divers projets RH, selon les besoins, en étant proactif(ive) et en proposant de nouvelles idées pour développer et améliorer nos process.

Une passion commune pour les activités nautiques : sessions de wakeboard / paddleboard, balades en bateaux, et repas au soleil sur le ponton de la péniche ou sur la plage font partie de notre quotidien

Durée : 6 ou 12 mois (renouvelable)
Profil recherché
- Tu justifies d'une première expérience réussie en recrutement ou en sales (6 mois minimum).
- Tu parles couramment français et anglais. La maitrise d'une 3e langue est un plus
- Tu as d'excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et capacités d'analyse.
- Tu es à l'aise au téléphone, prêt(e) à transmettre ton énergie aux candidats pour leur donner envie de nous rejoindre.
- Intéressé(e) par l’univers start-up, tu es proactif(ive) et prêt(e) à partager tes idées pour améliorer la satisfaction des candidats et collaborateurs.
