Administration and Labor Policies: Act as a liaison between the store and HR management, providing all necessary documentation and informing of any contractual/condition changes. Ensure compliance with all labor policies and regulations. Handle HR-related matters such as complaints and disciplinary issues. Compensation and Benefits: Maintain updated salary investment forecast for the business plan. Collaborate in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Advise on salary equity and competitive benefits in the retail sector. Organisational Culture: Foster a positive organisational culture aligned with company goals. Collaborate on initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
