We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced People Development Manager to design, deliver and continuously improve learning programmes and organisational development initiatives that will enable growth across the business. This role will be responsible for the full employee development lifecycle from onboarding through to performance management and leadership development, while supporting change initiatives and cultural priorities.Ideal candidates will have a hands‑on, highly consultative approach to understand the DNA of the business, thrive working at pace, and be excited by the opportunity to be a part of a high performance, fast growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the Learning & Development roadmap by understanding business needs and translating them into impactful learning strategies, including annual plans aligned with organizational priorities and talent growth objectivesDesign and implement comprehensive career frameworks and competency models that define progression pathways, skills, and behaviors required for success across all roles and organizational levelsDesign and deliver leadership development programs for emerging, mid‑level, and senior leaders, identifying capability gaps and creating targeted interventions that drive measurable business outcomesOwnership of organisational development initiatives that enhance performance, employee engagement and organisational capabilitySupport change initiatives by designing and delivering training, communications, and engagement activities that ensure smooth transitionsDesign and implement a best‑in‑class onboarding program that accelerates new starter integration and productivity, including role‑specific pathways and comprehensive induction experiencesPartner with business leaders to understand organisational challenges and translate them into practical development solutionsDeliver training, resources and coaching to support effective performance management practices and enable managers to conduct meaningful performance conversationsAbout YouExperience in delivering the full learning lifecycle, strategy, design, implementation, analytics, and optimisationExcellent project management, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skillsExperience managing multiple projects and work streams in a fast‑paced businessThe ability to translate business needs into high‑impact learning strategiesExcellent stakeholder influence skills with the ability to build credibility with business leadersThrive working in an autonomous role and have the proactive approach to actively seek solutionsStrong instructional design capability with experience across digital and blended learning methodsExperience managing L&D budgets and vendor relationshipsExperience in a start‑up or scale‑up environment and/or in a standalone role highly preferredWhat You’ll GetCompany Bonus SchemeHybrid Working (3 days in office)Private Health Care (Bupa)Travel InsuranceMarket Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)Regular Happy Hour / Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
