Partners for Impact.What we offerDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with C-level stakeholders at our clients to drive their business towards impactful change.Lead and develop your teams and individual team members in creating new business solutions via data-driven insights.Identify and seize opportunities at the client and at Metyis in our entrepreneurial environment.Become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team.What you will doAs a Manager in the Financial Services Sector, you are responsible for managing client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.You apply knowledge of business and organizational principles, construct actionable insights, and supervise work including strategy development, change management plans, and the creation and development of business cases.You provide project management oversight required to meet client expectations.Responsibilities may include the development of presentations, managing external relationships and consultant work progress, providing status reports.You conduct analyses to define client needs and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data.You oversee the formulation of research hypotheses and the subsequent advanced data analyses of client, competitor, and industry data.What you’ll bringDemonstrated expertise aligned in the Financial Services Industry.Over 6 years of consulting experience, with relevant industry experience in strategy, business consulting, and experience in Digitalization projects is a plus.At least 1 year at a project lead level.Strong management and communication skills.The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on the given advice.Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide guidance to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of the engagement.Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking, proven by a high level of academic achievements.Ability to develop leading edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value.Fluency in Spanish and English.Apply to this positionPlease make sure that your application documents are complete, otherwise they will not be considered further.Note: Please attach your certificates and diplomas (Master and Bachelor) directly - this is a mandatory requirement.Please include your high school diploma, bachelor's degree, master's degree, and relevant work references with your application. * Max. file size 5MB.Do you need, or will you need in the future, visa sponsorship for working in the country where the role you've applied to is located?What is/was your last/current annual gross compensation?
