We have successfully collaborated with and contributed to the growth of industry leaders such as Wallapop, Glovo, Banc Sabadell, among others.What sets us apart is our deep understanding of each partner (being their best influencer), addressing their needs and capturing their essence.We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive (English & Spanish) for a company renowned for creating powerful networking opportunities, connecting businesses and professionals worldwide.What are they looking for?As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling exhibition stands and sponsorships, following sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. You will collaborate with the Event Director and Show Manager to achieve goals, maintain sales performance standards, and support event operations as needed.They need a sales hunterManage personal sales and pipelines, ensuring proper administration.Achieve sales targets for events.Execute show strategy for new and existing business.Implement campaign strategy, exceeding targets in exhibitor numbers, mix, stand sales, sponsorships, and revenue.Engage with customers, understand needs, and tailor presentations to close deals and maintain client relationships.Gather and analyze market insights.Overcome objections to secure deals.Assess and strive to exceed performance targets.Identify new business prospects.Attend sales training, applying new skills.Prepare for power hours with researched prospecting.Share and learn new business strategies with peers and managers.What they offer:Flexible entry and exit schedules.Salary range 30-40k + BonusOpportunities for professional development and growth in an expanding agency.Participation in innovative events and opportunities to contribute to the company’s culture and well-being.Please note: If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
