We are partnering with a fast-growing B2B travel tech scale-up to support the expansion of their commercial team. The company is currently looking to hire Sales Executives based in Barcelona , each responsible for a specific European market. BizAway is hiring Sales Executives to join their on-site Barcelona office, each responsible for driving new business within a specific European market. As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of new business sales within your assigned region. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, acting as a trusted commercial partner to prospective clients. You will work closely with SDRs and internal teams while maintaining full ownership of your pipeline, revenue forecast, and performance. Over time, you will build deep local market knowledge, establish long-term client relationships, and contribute directly to BizAway’s international growth strategy.Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closureEngage senior stakeholders, including C-level, HR, Office, and Travel ManagersLead commercial negotiations and close new businessCollaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and the wider sales teamProactively contribute ideas to improve sales processes and performanceAt least 1 year of experience in a sales or commercial roleProfessional working proficiency in EnglishComfortable with outbound sales and proactive prospectingEligibility to work in Spain, with a valid NIE/work permit
