Auxadi’s spirit is truly global We are looking for an Accountant and Tax Supervisor to join our International Team in Madrid. Responsibilities include: Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Month-End and Year-End Closing: Manage closing processes, reconcile accounts, and handle journal entries and accruals to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Tax compliance: Monitor and review tax returns (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, among others), ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations. Team management: Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and assistants. Client portfolio management: Supervise accounting and tax services for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and filings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in a professional services firm or multinational environment. In-depth knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations. Experience in preparing financial statements and client reports. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (BC) ERP is a plus. Fluent English (C1 or higher) is required. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
