Esta posición será la primera persona de marketing en la compañía, responsable de definir, ejecutar y escalar la estrategia de marketing desde cero, en coordinación directa con el equipo comercial. Rol con ownership total sobre resultados, métricas y presupuesto. Capacidad para construir una estrategia de marketing end-to-end desde una hoja en blanco. Experiencia trabajando con KPIs de negocio: CAC, CPL, ROI, conversión por canal, leads cualificados y pipeline generado.

Gestión y optimización de presupuesto de marketing. Ejecución y optimización de campañas en redes sociales (paid y orgánico). Medición de impacto y análisis de resultados mediante herramientas de analítica y CRM. Trabajo diario con el equipo comercial para alinear campañas, mensajes y objetivos.

Capacidad para priorizar acciones en función de impacto, coste y velocidad de ejecución. Enfoque en calidad de campañas, coherencia de marca y resultados medibles. Autonomía para tomar decisiones y sentar las bases del área de marketing. Alto impacto directo en el crecimiento de la compañía y visibilidad dentro del equipo directivo.
