You will use established ADP learning design and delivery standards and tools to help you be successful in this versatile L&D role. You will work across the learning organization to apply innovative instructional design and facilitation techniques. If you enjoy variety and leveraging leading-edge tools and approaches, this role is for youThe WFS Trainer is responsible for delivering instructor-led (onsite and virtual) training on the technical features and functional aspects of all solutions to enable the effective use of systems, tools, and processes by learners, provide associates the ability to do their jobs, and to ensure clients are prepared for their initial and ongoing utilization of the multiple-product offerings, features, and support services.ResponsibilitiesDeliver instructor-led (onsite and virtual) training on the technical features and functional aspects of all WorkForce Software solutions.QualificationsExperience implementing and configuring a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application2+ years’ experience conducting technical and functional field trainingUnderstanding of workforce management solutions from a consulting perspectiveExisting knowledge of, with desire to learn, local terminology related to time and absence processes in various countries1+ year(s) experience using SQL and writing complex queriesExcellent writing, presentation, and communication skillsDesired SkillsExperience programming in a 3GL or 4GL languageKnowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systemsExperience working with the WorkForce Software Suite of product or other Time productWhat You’ll DoInnovate: Apply innovative thinking to learning projects and keep ADP's approach to learning up to date.Be Agile: Adapt to changing requirements and use agile approaches to meet business needs.Deliver: Use effective techniques to engage learners for successful outcomes.Consult: Use knowledge to improve learning programs.Be a Continuous Learner: Focus on personal and process improvement and build peer networks.Why ADPLike what you see?
