This is a unique opportunity to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment, providing advertiser support as a Marketing Expert Representative.About the Role:In this role, you’ll act as a Client Concierge, working closely with advertisers and agencies to enhance the advertising experience. You’ll provide exceptional post-sales support, customer service, and troubleshooting while actively helping clients achieve their advertising goals. You’ll work in Czech and English, offering expert guidance and tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:Engage with new and existing clients daily through phone, chat, and email, identifying sales opportunities and providing custom solutions.Manage a portfolio of small business clients, supporting their growth and maximizing ad performance.Develop a deep understanding of the Czech market and relevant industry trends to customize support for local advertisers.Continuously improve client satisfaction by consulting on optimal advertising solutions and proactively optimizing client campaigns.Provide insights and product feedback, sharing success stories of advertisers who have grown using the platform.Training and Development:The onboarding includes a 12-day intensive training program to ensure a smooth transition into your role. You’ll gain insights into the platform’s products, customer management, and advertising solutions, preparing you to excel in a dynamic environment.Working Conditions:Start Date:December 5, with training remotely from your current location.Relocation:January relocation to Lisbon.Salary:€1,766/month or €1,397/month with company-provided housing in Lisbon (flexible option—you may cancel housing at any time).Benefits:€3,500 signing bonus + €1,500 loyalty bonus.Schedule:40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with an 8-hour shift and a 1-hour lunch break.Holiday and Christmas Bonuses:Following Portuguese law, with holiday entitlement and extra compensation for working on public holidays.Why Lisbon?Lisbon offers a blend of sunny weather, rich culture, and affordable living.
