Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.About the RoleJoin our team as a Business Growth Analyst and help drive Fever's business plan across all markets.Utilize industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions.Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and optimize our operations.Work across different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries), to establish and execute successful growth strategies.About YouAt least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role.Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy.Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.Excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.Being an advanced English speaker is a must, and if you speak Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese, it will be a plus.Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.Benefits & PerksHave a real impact on the company's growth and evolution.Excellent working conditions with a location in the heart of the Madrid scene.Home-office friendly.Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with.40% Discount on all events on Fever.Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.English Lessons.Gympass Membership.We have free food, drink and fruit at the officePossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.#LI-HybridThank you for considering joining Fever.
