Business Analyst: At Claire Joster, we are collaborating with PharmaMar, a unique global pharmaceutical company leader and pioneer in the development of marine-derived oncology therapies.From Seaside to bedside PharmaMar has been researching the ocean for almost 40 years discovering innovative treatments for patients facing challenging diseases. To date, they have a fascinating portfolio of compounds approved for four indications: Soft Tissue sarcoma, Ovarian Cancer, Multiple Myeloma, and Small Cell Lung Cancer.Also, it is the Company that invests the most in research and development in Europe, in relation to its sales and employees.On the business side, the Company manages an extensive pipeline with various marine-derived compounds currently undergoing clinical trials, showing great potential to treat rare cancers.Join PharmaMar and be part of an upcoming launch that will change the approach to treating lung cancer patientsWe are currently looking to hire a Business Analyst for their Market Research Department.The main responsibilities will be:Analyze and monitor the oncology market to identify trends, competitors dynamics and areas of improvements to identify threats and opportunities for the company.Create and maintain competitive intelligence reports to form a business strategy.Support on qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc research studies, working closely with external agencies.Review, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to provide business insights to support commercial department.Synthesize data from primary and secondary sources to generate actionable insights.Develop patient forecasting models.Support brand teams in incorporating insights for business decisions.Provide input into the Brand Business Strategic yearly plan (patient flow, market understanding, stakeholders value drivers, patient journey and leverage points).Together with the manager build the next generation CRM, identify an omnichannel approach and/or multichannel measuring and monitoring.Build a Key Performance Indicator dashboard relating to the field objectives, messages to deliver, sales, units, market shares vs competitors.Collaborate on preparing data for sales analysis to establish trends and patterns, improve the accuracy of forecasts and identify areas of improvement in the sales process.Provide support on updating accounts and contacts in the CRM system to make sure the customer´s data is reliable, consistent, and up to date.Collaborate on CRM database maintenance to resolve data quality issues by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and periodically verifying data integrity.Search for relevant data by analyzing the correlation among variables from different databases and detecting those which can be relevant for sales analysis, customer targeting and segmentation.Profile:Bachelor's degree in Health SciencesFluent level of Spanish and EnglishMinimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Market Analyst in the Pharmaceutical Industry.Previous experience as a Market Analyst for the Pharmaceutical Industry in Consulting is highly desirable.Advanced level of Excel and Power PointAnalytical and numerical capacity, Orientation to detail, Strong curiosity in deepening understanding of the market overall and ability as a consequence to interpret results and distill into key findings and insights.We offer:Seamos socios | PharmaMar
