About The Job As a Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance EMEA: Corporate Accounting & Expenses team. Your core responsibilities include the end‑to‑end process for operational expense booking and reporting for Corporate, Institutional Banking, BP2S and Personal Finance entities across EMEA. Responsibilities Lead monthly closing cycle activities from bookkeeping to reporting. Ensure end‑to‑end data quality and accurate accounting & reporting for a designated list of EMEA entities. Maintain general ledger for assigned entities, managing overheads and inter‑entity invoicing, transfer‑pricing agreements. Control accounting and tax classification for overheads, payroll, employee benefits, depreciation, impairment or write‑offs. Handle IFRS16 calculations and related booking integrity checks. Conduct profit & loss analysis by GL accounts and cost centres, providing analytical reviews to stakeholders. Supervise first‑line controls performed by back‑office operations, ensuring data accuracy. Transform accounting data into management accounting (profitability and cost allocation by business line) following MARP. Coordinate with auditors, operations and support teams to resolve queries. Escalate issues to the team leader or head when necessary. Assist in operational process improvements, reporting tool upgrades, and adoption of target operating model. Requirements University or business school graduate; master’s degree preferred in Accounting or Finance. 3–4 years of finance experience in multinational environments, including audit or consultancy. Experience in an international setting a plus. English at least Advanced; knowledge of French and other European languages desirable. Skills Technical: Experience with ERP expense bookkeeping, ERP reporting tools; IFRS knowledge; French GAAP optional; Business Objects; SAP/Oracle optional; advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF). Programming knowledge is a plus. Transversal & Behavioral: Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving; quick learning; excellent communication; self‑starter and team player; ability to work in matrix environment under deadlines.
