With rooftop dining by Spanish celebrity chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our award-winning modern cocktail bar and restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre with a sun-splashed pool terrace, Four Seasons is bringing a new level of luxury and service to locals and guests alike.The Role of Banquets Manager:We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Banquets Manager to join our teamReporting into the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for leading the Banquets department operation with passion and creativity; ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.Responsibilities:Selection, talent management, and development of our Banqueting team.Working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team in designing the menus and wine lists.Controlling costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control, and cost control measures.Observing and making recommendations for improvement of facilities and equipment where required.Being visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting good public relations, and taking care of special requests.Coordinating set up requirements for hotel and off-site functions with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.Our Ideal Banquets Manager candidate will have:A wealth of Banquets leadership experience in luxury hotels.A desire to focus on the development of our team.Attention to detail and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.The ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.Being a team player with a highly creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our banquets experiences.Experience of a new hotel or resort opening is ideal.Legal right to work in Spain and fluency in English and Spanish.Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of; the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
