About the roleThe Sales and Marketing trainee will be assisting the Sales & Marketing team in the day-to-day operations, planning campaigns and marketing strategies, elaborating reports and proposals, hosting site inspections and help the team in fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in weekly Sales & Marketing meetings, assist with marketing and promotional projects, assist as required to client events, assist in creating marketing materials for the hotel and its outlets and help the team to coordinate press/celebrity stays.Program length: 6 to 8 months -Start date: March 2025What’s in it for youYou will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of the hotel facilities and services to maximize hotel sales.You will get to know the different areas of the hotel.Free accommodation in a shared room; shared apartment.Free meal during working hours.Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month + TIPSWhat you need to haveCurrently enrolled in a Hospitality and Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, International Business (Diploma, University studies or Master).Fluent in English (B2+ or above)Fluent in Spanish (B2+ or above)User level of Microsoft Office.Passion for sales & marketing management.Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.Good organization and planning skills.Previous hospitality experience is a plus.Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
