Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling administrative tasks related to recruitment. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources and fluency in English are essential, with experience in the aeronautical sector being a plus. The role requires 2 days of on-site presence per week with a possible increase to 3 days.
